BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 602, 604, and 606 Barton Avenue, being on the southeast line of Barton Avenue at Carroll Lane. Lots 5, 6, and 7, block 8, Corrected Plat of Normal Park, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 42, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 3754, page 778, ROHC, deed book 3789, page 944, ROHC, and deed book 2667, page 95, ROHC. Tax Map No. 136H-E-9, 10, and 11. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Meeting all setback and other requirements of the R-3 Zone if existing buildings are replaced; 2. No egress to Barton Avenue; 3. Development design is to be submitted to Design Center for review and approval; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
